With respect to your request to work as an Operations Associate (Picker), at Flink we operate with a progression based mentality. This means that in the hubs where we are not in immediate need for Operations Associates, we recruit riders and promote them upon the quality of their work.
What does this mean for you? We welcome you to the Flink team as a rider in your preferred hub and upon showing us that you are able to provide the standard of service we expect (will be explained in your onboarding) you will be in line to be the next Operation Associate!
