The onboarding shift is your first shift at Flink, lasting 2 hours. It's a short introduction to the company, your role and your new team. During this shift, you'll learn the basics of how everything works, from company procedures to your daily tasks.
You'll also have the opportunity to meet your colleagues and get familiar with the workplace. It's a great chance to ask questions, get comfortable with the environment and ensure you're ready to begin your regular shifts.
Please note that the onboarding shift takes place on specific days and times, so make sure to check the schedule to know when it's offered.
