What are the team's roles and responsibilities at the hub?

At Flink, you'll be working alongside not just fellow riders, but a whole team of dedicated professionals. Here's a look at the different roles you'll encounter:

 

1. Hub Manager

The hub manager oversees the overall management of the hub, ensuring that all daily operations run smoothly. They supervise all hub employees, make strategic decisions and manage recruiting, shift planning and absence requests. 

 

2. Shift Leader

The shift leader ensures we meet our promise of 10-minute delivery times by supervising picking, dispatching and related operations, keeping everything on track during their shift. 

 

3. Operation Associate

Pickers are responsible for order picking - each new order needs to be selected, packaged and handed off to the rider. They also support other store operations, including shelf replenishment, cleaning and various in-store tasks. 

 

4. Rider

The rider is always on the move! After receiving the order, they quickly deliver it to our customers and return to the hub. During downtime, riders support pickers and shift leaders with various tasks at the hub. 

 

 

Together we make sure everything runs smoothly and our customers get their orders fast!
